Malinda Made It

One of the top 3 things I can't live without? My sewing machine definitely makes this list (machines, plural, to be exact)! I found my passion for sewing at a very young age, thanks to the careful guidance and tender patience of three generations of fabulous ladies: Mom, Grammy, and Great Grandma. I've sewn countless projects from apparel to blankies and quilts to custom drapes. I also have a degree in Fiber Science and Design from Cornell University.

After years of accumulating supplies I finally decided it's time to stop storing them and start using them, thus Malinda Made It. I'm so happy to have studio space in my house! I enjoy other crafty pursuits as well, and especially love  Crafternoons (or Crafterzooms, these days) with friends. I find inspiration from the fabrics themselves... they influence my creative vision through to the final product.
